Instead of prioritizing clients' needs or being able to properly educate clients through life changing transactions, agents often operate in desperation. It wasn’t just new agents, big industry leaders often prioritize their bottom line over clients. While profitability is important, I always believed it should never come at the expense of our clients. I set forth to create a group of agents that lead with education of the field, over 100+ additional hours, prior to ever meeting with their first client. Having agents knowledgeable helps assure our clients can be educated correctly and make the decision for themselves if buying or selling is the right option for them.
The profound influence of being a military spouse set the road map for my business approach.
