LISTING AGENT - FLAT FEE OPTIONS: 

 $500,001 to $600,000 is flat fee of $10,000 

 $600,001 to $700,000 is flat fee of $13,000

 $700,001 to $800,000 is flat fee of $15,000 

$800,001 to $900,000 is flat fee of $16,000 

$900,001 to $1,000,000 is flat fee of $18,000 

All pricing not on the list is negotiable

SELLING AGENT COMPENSATION

 2% - 3% Commission is required for flat fee option 

CONDITIONS:

- Property price must be agreed upon by agent and seller

- Seller must allow 3 open houses a week for maximum marketing exposure

- Menu of agents responsiblities will be given at the time of siging 

- Photos not inculded
